The MCHTrack for Zero Dose Project addresses the issue of zero-dose children—those who have not received any routine immunizations six weeks after birth—in selected states in Northern Nigeria. The project uses an integrated approach, combining community-based interventions with health facility services, to ensure that every child is identified, tracked, and immunized. Advanced mobile technology helps streamline the identification, referral, and follow-up processes, tackling the challenge of tracking children in remote areas and ensuring they receive necessary care.
