Datharm partnered with NPHCDA to develop a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system under BHCPF, in conducting a nationwide Health Facility Assessment across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

This includes a mobile app for field data collection and a web platform for real-time data analysis. Integration with DHIS2 enhances data consistency and access to critical health indicators, improving decision-making and service delivery across 37 states and 774 LGAs.

Through our technology framework and applications, we enabled efficient data capture and analysis at scale while providing field-level support to assessors, contributing to the revitalisation of public health facilities across Nigeria.

The platform continues to serve as a tool for tracking and ensuring equitable distribution of health facilities and workforce across communities nationwide. It is also used by the NPHCDA to strengthen Human Resources for Health (HRH) policy and planning, provide visibility to last-mile Healthcare Financing, reduce transaction times and improve transparency and accountability in the implementation of Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF).
